Gateway announces the ZX4300 and ZX6900 All-in-One PCs

California’s own Gateway Inc. is updating its One ZX family of All-in-One desktop PCs by adding two new models into the mix, the 20-inch ZX4300 Series based on an AMD platform and the 23-inch ZX6900 Series which utilizes Intel-branded (and manufactured) hardware.

Set for a June release, the first ZX4300 AiO coming out is known as ZX4300-01e and features a 20-inch (1600×900) touchscreen, a 2.7 GHz Athlon II X2 235e processor, Radeon HD 4270 integrated graphics, 4GB of RAM, a 640GB 7200 RPM hard drive, an 8x DVD writer, a card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, and two 5W built-in speakers. This one will run Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and cost $750.

If you can’t wait for the model above then have no fear as Gateway is shipping the One ZX6900-01e which, although more expensive ($1,019.99), does provide a 23-inch FullHD (1920×1080) touchscreen, a 2.93 GHz Core i3 530 CPU, 4GB of memory, a 640GB HDD, Intel integrated graphics, a 4x Blu-ray player and Blu-ray Combo DVD burner, WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, and HDMI connectivity. The OS (operating system) of choice is the same as with the ZX4300.
